On September 27th in honor of World Tourism Day, CMHA BC division and IRS Practitioner, Trevor Bird hosted a webinar called Mental Health & Wellbeing - A (Top) Chef's Perspective, where 95 people attended.
Trevor truly captured the participants and had them nodding in resonance while sharing his journey that brought him to where he is now. He offered a lens into the different aspects of ourselves through the imagery of a dining room filled with guests, helping us to explore what our hard yes's and no's are at work, and what we turn to when we're struggling. One piece of advice he shared, "leadership is holding two truths, yours and mine."
Thank you to everyone who attended Trevor's session on September 27th. Please take a moment (5 mintues max) to tell us what you thought of the webinar. We'd greatly appreciate your feedback as this helps us plan for future webinars and trainings. Please take the survey below.
